Homepage and Dashboard:

Select the employee time main menu as your startup page when logging in. The main menu gives you access to frequently used modules within the system such as:

CheckmarkView employee benefits and time sheets

CheckmarkBill customer for employee time
CheckmarkFrequently used reports
CheckmarkEmployee time dash board which displays current activity


Choose the main dash board as your start page which gives you an overview of all business activity:

Choose the employee time dashboard as your start page. Any and all employee time activity that requires your attention can be accessed from this page. Red links direct your attention to high priority items requiring immediate action. All program links and titles are customizable giving you the ability to change terminology. The dashboard consist of:

CheckmarkA customizable accounting overview panel which displays accounting activity. Items with activity are highlighted and linked and items highlighted in red are high priority items which are linked as well
CheckmarkA customizable performance indicator tab which displays period comparisons with values, percentages and change indicator red or green. Once viewed you know immediately how your company is doing by comparing previous periods
Checkmark A "Top 5" indicator that displays your top 5:

  • Employees (billable time)
  • Employees (attendance)
  • Employees (time off)
  • Divisions (billable time)
  • Divisions (attendance)
  • Divisions (time off)
  • CheckmarkProgram titles are customizable
    Checkmark Choose from multiple graphs to display on your dashboard:

  • Billable Time
  • Employee Attendance
  • Employee Time Off

  • Select from multiple periods to graph on as well as multiple options for x and y axis. Choose from five different graph types with 3D support. Each of these graphs can be combined for comparison such as employee attendance vs. employee time off

    Time Sheets and Benefits:
    CheckmarkEmployees can submit time off request for approval, review time sheets, benefits and benefits usage history
    CheckmarkReport, analyze and graph employee time logged and know exactly how much time is spent on what projects and customers

    Time Clock:
    CheckmarkAdmins can require employees to clock in upon logging into system eliminating time sheet corrections
    CheckmarkEnable auto log off in setup for employees if that forget to log off after x amount of time
    CheckmarkUpon clock out employee can be required to itemize time spent by customer and/or project. This allows for accurate billing of time spent on customers or projects
    CheckmarkAuto populate form with total time logged in
