View items before submitting. Here Purchasing Rules and High / Low Limits may qualify purchase orders to be approved/flagged or denied.  With low limits being set items are automatically added to queue for submitting.

Users can create misc purchase orders for those items that dont exists in the database.

At final stage, items are separated by vendor, division and shipping into multiple purchase orders.  Enter any rich text comments or special instructions. The user would be alerted of any minimum billing if required. You choose which purchase orders to submit while leaving others for submission at a later date.  User has ability to ship direct to customer and be alerted so many days after submitting for confirmation and billing.

Print all submitted purchase orders and any supporting documentation.

For those user levels that need approval for ordering, the approver would get notice of purchase order and show as high priority task.

Approvers can make changes prior to appoving the purchase order. Once approved/declined notice will be sent back to submitter of status.
