Homepage and Dashboard:

Select the sales main menu as your startup page when logging in. The main menu gives you access to frequently used modules within the system such as:

Choose the sales dashboard as your start page. Any and all sales activity that requires your attention can be accessed from this page. Red links direct your attention to high priority items requiring immediate action. All program links and titles are customizable giving you the ability to change terminology. The dashboard consist of:

CheckmarkA sales tracker tab panel which displays current sales target that have been setup
CheckmarkA customizable sales overview panel which displays all sales activity. Items with activity are highlighted and linked and items highlighted in red are high priority items which are linked as well
CheckmarkA customizable performance indicator tab which displays period comparisons with values, percentages and change indicator red or green. Once viewed you know immediately how your company is doing by comparing previous periods
Checkmark A "Top 5" indicator that displays your top 5:

  • New sales order is created (separate notifications for internal and to customer and another notice to csr for processing)

  • CheckmarkAuto allocation - Once sales order has been created the system will auto fulfill order items if possible thus cutting the fulfillment time down dramatically

    Shipping Tickets:
    CheckmarkAny inventory that has been allocated to sales order will show on 'Post Shipping Tickets' screen. Post one or 100 shipping tickets at once or pick and choose which tickets to post while saving others to post at a later date
    CheckmarkOnce ship tickets have been posted an email notification will go out to shipper assigned to order alerting them to fulfill shipment
    CheckmarkHere is another example of system scalability. When ship tickets are posted there are two more steps to complete the order:
  • Confirm Shipment
  • Create Invoice
  • CheckmarkAdministrators have the ability to set work flow. A company with less employees may want the shipment to auto confirm and auto create the invoice upon posting the ship ticket thus bypassing these two extra steps. Implementing this workflow all notifications are kept in place (shipment confirmation notices to customer and employees as well as invoice notifications such as invoice verification if applicable. As the company grows these steps can be turned on
    CheckmarkWorkflow triggers can be set as defaults and/or locked at the user level or enabled for the employee to bypass or engage at time of processing
    CheckmarkEmployees fulfilling orders use this screen to confirm ship qty by entering actual ship values into the ship ticket
    CheckmarkShipper can enter any internal notes or upload any supporting documents
    CheckmarkUpon confirmation, this next to last step stages an invoice to be created. If order authorized via credit card the card is settled and a paid invoice is created triggering all relevant notifications to be sent
    CheckmarkShipment confirmation is very flexible. Shipper can reopen ship ticket for re-confirmation if needed. When shipment is confirmed, a notice of order on its way is sent to customer

    Customer Contracts:
