Bill entry made fast with `Smart Bill Entry`.  When enabled your last bill from the selected vendor will auto fill the form for your editing.  Bill entry is tied directly to Purchasing for reconcilliation to be done directly against the Purchase Order and PO Receipt.  By selecting the Vendor, Purchase Order and then PO Receipt, the form will auto populate with receipt information and item totals for GL account disbursement.  Notifications can be set to send alerts when: bill is coming due, bill is past due or when bill is paid.

Our recurring settings will support just about any recurrence you may have.  From bi-weekly, quarterly, every third week to every two weeks on thursday and sunday.

Post items to different GL Accounts.  Default GL Accounts can be set and pulled for accurate posting.

Itemize and bill expenses back to one or many customer directly from bill entry.

When entering bills a quick glance two tabs over will give you that vendors history of payments. From here you can drill down to view actual bill details.  To make entering bills easier and quick we have added a duplicate button that will automatically fill the form and allow you to edit before submission.
