    Create New Loan

    Creating a Loan
    Track your loans with the Loan Manager.  Very flexible options.  Choose from Cash or Collateral loan type.  Link recurring payments to loan for more accurate reporting of your liabilities.  Enter loan parameters to view Amortization Schedule.  Select Payment History tab to view payment history, interest, principal and balance.  Link or setup for loan to track equity.

    Link or add asset(s) for loan.  List shows any depreciation or appreciation for asset, total payments made as well as equity.

    Here you can setup a recurring payable for this loan or link to an existing recurring payable.
